East Hill Homestyle Laundry backs every order: if you're not satisfied we re-clean it free, and if an item is lost or damaged in our care we reimburse up to its value. Loads are never co-mingled. Report any issue within 14 days of delivery.

  • Re-clean, free. Not happy with a result? We'll redo it at no charge.
  • Garment protection. Lost or damaged in our care? Reimbursed up to the item's value per our terms.
  • Never co-mingled. Your load is washed and dried on its own — the simplest protection there is.
  • 14-day window. Check your order and tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If you're not happy with how something came back, we'll re-clean it free. If an item is lost or damaged in our care, we reimburse up to its value per our terms. Just tell us within 14 days of getting your laundry back.

Are my clothes insured?

Yes — every order is covered against loss or damage while it's with us, up to the item's value. Normal wear and tear (pre-existing shrinkage, tiny holes in aging fabric) isn't considered damage, same as if you'd washed it at home.

What if something is missing?

Call us right away at (253) 391-2481. Because your load is washed separately and never co-mingled, missing items are rare — but if it happens, we'll track it down or make it right.
